If you are unsure of exactly what services you require or just want some reassurance - we can help. We can generally assess your requirements in a single meeting, however should you wish for something more comprehensive or are facing complex issues then we will conduct a one day health check, delivering recommendations, by the end of the day, in most cases.

Regulatory Applications
A significant number of our client relationships start with a request for assistance with an application for authorisation or similar variations. We can handle a wide range of applications such as setting up an MGA or Lloyd's Broker or a branch for an Insurance company, both within the UK and overseas. We have particular expertise in setting up and administering Lloyd's Corporate Members for Insurance Groups and can offer a full international incorporation service for Limited companies or partnerships.

End of Life

Whilst it is relatively straightforward to set up a company, disposing of it when it has served its purpose can be a minefield, particularly if it has been around for a while. Callidus has extensive experience in this area and has developed its "End of Life" service to assist shareholders to solvently wind up their companies.
