About Callidus

Callidus Solutions Limited was founded in 2004 by Mike Glover as an Independent Compliance Consultancy with a strong team of professional staff providing Compliance and Company Secretarial Services for insurance businesses, primarily based in the London Market.

In 2012 Callidus took over the administration of a number of large Direct Corporate Members of Lloyd’s previously looked after by Leadenhall Insurance Consultants. With the continuing evolution of capital in the Lloyd’s Market, this highly specialist service forms a key division within Callidus.

With effect from 31st March 2023, Callidus Solutions Limited, Callidus Secretaries Limited and Callidus LCM Services Limited have been acquired by Talsen, a specialty insurance service provider. Callidus continues to offer a comprehensive range of services that can be tailored to meet the precise needs of clients and are dedicated to a professional service at a realistic price.
