Compliance

Services

Our compliance expertise covers the full spectrum of general insurance businesses including Lloyd’s  Managing Agents and Syndicates, Insurers, Mutual Associations,  Brokers, MGAs, other intermediaries and associated professionals.

Corporate Member Services

Callidus has provided these services since 2010 and we now represent Corporate Members representing over 10% of Lloyd’s market capacity. This service may also be of interest to larger names or family groups.

Company Secretarial Services

Our Company Secretarial services are comprehensive, efficient and cost effective.  Though primarily focussed on the Insurance industry, we are able to support other businesses, from maintaining the statutory books to designing complex group restructurings.

Contract

Services

Callidus is able to provide high quality consultants in the compliance and company secretarial areas where clients have a short or medium term need for resources. We are also able to offer a Startup Package for clients wishing to set up new companies.

Callidus Support Team

Callidus employees are both technical specialists and generalists. The support team are trained to understand each of the four core service areas of the business. We believe that this is the best and most cost-effective way to provide the administrative and technical support that Clients expect, ensuring someone is always on hand available to provide a timely response to requests.  Members of the support team rotate on a regular basis around the different areas, whilst at the same time carrying out specific functions within Callidus.
