Cath has spent 17 years in Compliance across both retail and Lloyd’s markets, most recently at Hiscox as the Head of Group Regulatory Standards.  Her role was to set the group-wide policy and standards for various subjects and she provided regulatory support for group-wide projects, such as the Brexit programme. 

 

Cath also managed the central Compliance Monitoring and Financial Crime functions.  As a Compliance Consultant, Cath works on developing tools and services to help Talsen clients navigate complex regulatory requirements such as International Licensing and Product Governance.
