After graduating from Loughborough University with a Bachelor of Science in Design Ergonomics, Holly joined Callidus in July 2018 as part of the Support Team. In 2019, she transitioned into the world of TOBAs, assisting clients with due diligence requests and liaising with Brokers and Insurers regarding changes to agreements, collating of KYC packs and organising bespoke data analysis as part of client reporting.

She also facilitated the Group's rebranding, including the production of marketing materials for the Dubai World Insurance Congress (DWIC) which Callidus regularly attends. In 2023, her role expanded to assist with Company Secretarial work and Client Risk Assessments where required.

She continues to support each business area within Callidus, meeting clients general day to day needs, while coordinating with Callidus's IT provider on internal and client requests for changes to the Callidus Management System and Client Portals, as well as maintaining the Group's website.
